Products purchased from the online store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days (registered customers have the right to return products within 30 days) from receipt of the product. If the size of the ordered product is not suitable, it can be replaced with the same product of another size. If we cannot find the desired size of the product returned for exchange, we will notify you by e-mail. In case you want to exchange or replace the product, you must fill out the return sheet accompanying the delivery and the invoice. On the return sheet, indicate the items for exchange, replacement or repair and in case of exchange, indicate the new desired size.
In the event of a deterioration in the condition of the item to be returned, the Client shall be liable for the reduction of the value resulting from the use of the item only if he or she has used the item in any other way than necessary in order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the item. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the item, the Client should handle and use the item only as if he or she would normally be allowed to do it in the shop. For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the underwear and sunbathing clothes taken out of the package.
Until the acceptance of the package, AS Baltika cannot be held liable for the products, therefore we recommend that you keep the document received at the time of posting for further certification of the posting and, if possible, we ask you to choose a registered post as a the mode of return. The return and/or exchange of the product is free of charge, except for the return shipping costs that shall be incurred by the customer. As an exception, the return costs shall be borne by Baltika AS if the package was ordered by Itella SmartPOST or to the Omniva automated parcel terminal, to which the iterm can be returned within 14 days after receiving an SMS notification. When returning the term via Itella SmartPost, you must use the same SmartPost door code that was used when receiving the package. When returning the item via Omniva automated parcel terminal, the return code sent by SMS must be used. Using the Click&Collect delivery method, it's possible to return a product free of charge or carry out a product exchange by bringing the package to the same store from which it was originally received.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days (registered customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days) from the moment of formalising the transaction. To withdraw from the transaction please fill in the withdrawal application here.
RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE OF AN ITEM
Purchased items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days (registered customers have the right to return the items within 30 days) from reciving of the item. If the size of the ordered item does not suit you and you wish to exchange it, you can only exchange it for a different size of the original item. If we are unable to find your preferred size of the returned item, we will advise you about it by e-mail. If you wish to exchange or replace an item, you have to fill in a return form accompanying the shipment and the invoice. Please indicate on the return form which items you want to exchange, replace or repair, and in case of an exchange, your preferred size. Until the receipt of the parcel, AS Baltika shall not take any responsibility for the items, which is why we recommend that you keep the document that you receive when posting as a proof and, if possible, we suggest you to choose the registered post option for posting.
RETURNING A WRONG OR POOR-QUALITY ITEM
In case of a wrong or poor-quality item, please fill in a return form accompanying the shipment and the invoice. Baltika AS will refund paid dispatching costs of the item, including costs incurred when posting the return. For that purpose, please keep the document that you receive when posting the parcel and send it to the e-mail address email@example.com along with the order number.
In case of withdrawal from the contract or a return, we will refund the sums paid for the items no later than within 14 days after the receipt of your withdrawal application. Baltika AS has the right to withhold the refund until you have returned the item or presented a proof that you have given the returned item over to a post office. We will make the refund to the same account from where the payment was received.
